FRANCHISE ACQUISITION PROCEDURE

After choosing the desired franchise, the Applicant franchisee must pay the down payment of at least fifty percent (50%) of the franchise fee directly to Royale Business Club cashier, together with the signed Memorandum of Understanding and Letter of Intent (LOI) with the site sketch of (at least 3 or more) proposed location;

The site location must be approved first before turning over the franchise inclusions;

Once the site location is approved, applicant franchisee may now pay the full amount (if 50% DP was made) to the cashier, before the turning over of the franchise inclusions (see pages on How to become a franchisee?);

Franchisee may sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and can start his/her training to be conducted by the franchiser after the approval of the franchise;

Once the franchise agreement is approved and consummated, then the franchise package shall be delivered to the franchisee. Upon receipt of the franchise the franchisee hereby waives his/her/its right to amend, return and change the package.
